Newborn photography has a special place in my heart. New babies are so sweet and so tiny, but they don’t stay in the newborn stage very long!

When Should I Schedule My Baby’s Newborn Portraits?

Newborn portraits are typically done before the baby is 3 weeks old. The sweet spot is 3 days to 10 days old. So, if you know you are going to want newborn portraits taken, get on my schedule before baby arrives. We can always alter the date later if baby comes early or late, but for scheduling purposes, I like to know how many newborns I need to leave room for in my schedule.
