    Film photography has become my favorite type of photography.  There is just something special about the sound of the shutter click, the film advancing, the sound of rewinding the roll when it’s complete, and the gorgeous colors and detail film images have.  I love when my amazing clients allow me to take some of their images using a film camera.  My last cake smash clients allowed me to take a few shots on 35mm film, and the results are stunning!   • Beautiful Family | Berks County PA Family Photographer

    Jonathan turned one recently and had a cake smash that was adorable.  You can see that post here.  On the date of his birthday session, the weather was awful, so we rescheduled the family pictures for a later date.  We had a gorgeous day for these pictures over the weekend.  I think my favorite part of the session was that every time I tried to put Jonathan in a flower patch, he found a stick.  He is ALL BOY!

    When I first found out that this beautiful person and her husband were expecting, I was so excited for them.  The fact that they were expecting twins was just the icing on the cake.  These sweet girls have such a wonderful mommy and daddy to guide them through life.  Harper and Carson were wonderful for their newborn session, and they even let us pose them together for a few different setups.  I am in love with these images, and I am so excited to share some of my favorites.     I had the opportunity to photograph another photographer’s family this week, and I feel so honored to have been chosen for this!  These three beautiful children came to the studio for their natural light session, and I am in love with every single image.  I love that the kids can be themselves, sit comfortably, giggle and be in a natural environment for these portraits.  I hope you love these images as much as I do!

    My sweet Evelyn is two and a half now, and time is going by way too quickly.  I wish I could slow time down and keep her at this sweet age longer.  I’m trying to soak up every moment of her toddlerhood stage.  We went shopping today and found this adorable outfit that I just had to use in some portraits.  Here is Evelyn at 2.5 years in my natural light studio.
