Newborns, babies and toddlers are often the most photographed by photographers. They change so quickly in the first few months and years that it’s important to freeze time and capture those memories to look back on.

I certainly agree the newborn and toddler stages are an important time to document, but I also believe our older children deserve to be captured as they hit new milestones.

Why Photograph Big Kids?

I believe every child should be captured in photographs, regardless of their age. It’s important for them to see themselves on the walls and to be able to look at themselves in albums. When I see my own children looking through past albums, it brings them so much joy that I took the time to capture those moments and create a physical product they can show off and share with others.

You’ll cherish the toothless smiles of your elementary school aged children and the goofy images of your middle schoolers. Be sure to capture every stage!
