Cake Smash at Home

First birthday sessions that end with a cake smash are always so fun! Parents have the option of doing a portrait session either in my studio or in their own home and then bringing a small cake for a smash at the end. Today on the blog is an in-home documentary session of my adorable niece’s 1st birthday cake smash.

Having the session at home instead of in my studio allows for the parents to decorate with lots of personal touches and bring their personality to the session. I love the garden theme of this cake smash session. Everything is just darling, and baby Claire LOVED her cake!
